Eksteenskuil Agricultural Co-operative is governed by a Board of Directors elected to represent the interests of its members and guide the Co-operative’s strategic direction. Working closely with the operational team, the Board promotes accountable decision-making, responsible management and the long-term sustainability of the Co-operative. Its leadership is grounded in collective participation, transparency and a commitment to advancing the interests of Eksteenskuil’s farmers and community.
